Student Portal Update and Student Email

New Email Cycle

Students who will not be returning to St Jago High School  will stop receiving email updates our next update cycle scheduled for October 7, 2020. At this time your personal email accounts will also be removed from the mailing lists. Your personal account can continue to be used for password resets.

 

Username Change

There are some significant changes to your Student Portal which we need you to know about. Your St Jago Student Email has been provisioned and can now be used. In order to get this up and ready we may have had to change your Student Portal username.

Your new username should be your full name and it is included below. If your name has any special characters like hyphens and apostrophes they were removed. If your first name ends with the same letter as the first letter of your last name then and only then is an underscore used to separate them.

 

Your STJAGOSTUDENT.EDU.JM email address must be used

You will always be able to find this information on the Student Portal under the MY ACCOUNT contact information section. You must use this email account for all school business including signing into online classes (Meets), Google Classroom, completing projects and doing SBAs. You will need to sign out of your regular Gmail account or you can add your school email as another account in your Chrome profiles. Your personal email account will be kept on file and can be used for password recovery.

You can use this information to log into your new ST JAGO STUDENT email account at  mail.stjagostudent.edu.jm. Your personal email account will be kept on file and can be used for password recovery.

 

The initial password is the same as your Student Portal password
